We identified an issue around 10AM PDT with Orb status (Online/Offline) being reported incorrectly, and potentially triggering false-positive alert notifications.
This was triggered by an issue while optimizing some traffic routes internal to our cloud as we've scaled with our usage, but of course there were some thundering herd problem with many many Orbs needing to and attempting to reconnect at the same time.
This issue has been resolved. We'll be working on scaling and reconnect behavior steps to avoid issues like this in the future AND recover from them more quickly once resolved.
